- Mavryk Network
Participated · Equity · Sep 2025
Mavryk Network operates a proprietary layer-1 blockchain that facilitates the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs), allowing traditionally illiquid holdings such as real-estate stakes to be represented as tradable digital tokens. Through an existing alliance with financial derivatives provider MultiBank Group, the company aims to tokenize more than $10 billion worth of UAE real-estate, opening these premium assets to a broader investor base. Fireblocks supplies multi-party computation (MPC) wallets that secure the tokenized assets on Mavryk, enabling investors to trade or borrow against the tokens without having to manage private keys. The platform’s value proposition centers on improving liquidity and accessibility in high-value asset classes by leveraging blockchain rails. To accelerate these plans, Mavryk just secured a $10 million strategic investment and had previously raised $5.2 million in February through its development studio, Mavryk Dynamics. No revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the article.
- Station70
Participated · Seed · Apr 2024
Station70 launched Bunker, the first product in its disaster recovery and business continuity suite for institutional cryptocurrency firms, and secured a $5 million seed round. Bunker provides a wallet-agnostic, zero-knowledge key backup and recovery solution that is agnostic to protocols, blockchains, and wallet providers. The product offers geographically configurable backups, beyond-industry-standard security and cryptography, integration with institutional wallet providers, read-only auditor and regulator access, and failover wallets to minimize single-counterparty risk. Station70 positions its services to help firms meet security and regulatory requirements and offers hosting options in numerous jurisdictions. The company said it will add additional wallet integrations this year to expand compatibility. Founders Adam Healy (former CISO at Bakkt and BlockFi) and Dr. Adam Everspaugh (former cryptographer at Coinbase) built the platform based on their institutional crypto experience.
