Boundary Labs designs and operates the Boundary Protocol and USBD, a stablecoin built for continuous on-chain verifiability of reserves and performance for institutional counterparties. The protocol emphasizes institutional-only onboarding via a dedicated dApp with rigorous KYC/KYB workflows and aims to support use cases such as treasury management, regulated wrappers, and on-chain collateral. Boundary completed a security audit by Cyfrin and demonstrated a proof-of-concept for its protocol's self-funding capability through derisked decentralized market participation. The company has set an initial operational target of $100M in Total Value Locked (TVL) in 2026 and plans a Private Placement Campaign to onboard initial institutional partners. Boundary raised $2M in a pre-seed round led by Galaxy Ventures with participation from BlackWood, FirstBlock Capital, and other institutional partners and angels. The firm is based in New York City and is mandated by the Boundary Foundation and Boundary OpCo to lead the project's design, development, and commercial representation.
