Third Summit’s flagship product, Alteon.io, is a cloud-based SaaS content-creation and collaboration platform that centralizes uploading, sharing, reviewing, archiving and collaboration for media projects. The platform includes proprietary cloud-based media transcoding, maximized data upload, AI-driven organization and Web3 integrations, and is positioned to reduce creators’ reliance on single-purpose apps. Alteon has high-profile integrations and partnerships with companies such as Apple (Final Cut Pro ecosystem), Opera and IBM, plus a partnership with the Student Television Network and an iOS app launch. The company unveiled an NFT minting tool, Alteon LaunchPad, with Opera and showcased it during Art Basel Miami. Operating traction includes a 104% increase in total users in Q1 2023 and adoption by thousands of content creators worldwide. Third Summit describes Alteon as a subsidiary and plans to use new capital to continue expanding the platform and its roadmap.
