  iPinYou operates a programmatic buying DSP platform in China and runs the OPTIMUS™ system, a smart advertising and optimization platform that ingests and analyzes massive amounts of data. The platform integrates with all major domestic ad exchanges and supports mobile, PC, video and cross‑platform ads. iPinYou reports handling on average 18 billion ads daily. Management is led by founder and CEO Grace Huang and CTO Shen Xuehua. The company completed a 500m RMB (approx. $78m) Pre‑IPO financing and plans to use the proceeds to expand its international business via industry consolidations and acquisitions and to accelerate growth into mobile, TV and outdoor segments. iPinYou is a Chinese demand-side platform that provides advanced DSP technologies enabling advertisers to access major exchanges and improve cost-efficiency. The company launched a Real-Time Bidding (RTB) enabled DSP integrated with mainstream exchanges in China and offers Video DSP, Mobile DSP and RTB-enabled retargeting products. Founded in 2008 and led by CEO and co-founder Xiaonan Huang, iPinYou serves over 200 brands across IT, financial services, auto, FMCG, ecommerce and travel. Its core product focuses on programmatic buying and real-time bidding to drive cost-efficiency for advertisers. The company plans to use new funding to upgrade product and technology and to recruit executives and staff.
