Paradigm Ltd. provides enterprise software solutions to the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry from its base in George Town, Cayman Islands. The company said the capital will be used to accelerate commercialization and rollout of its technology. Paradigm highlighted recent game-changing R&D breakthroughs that it plans to commercialize. It announced a $65m cash investment from affiliates of private equity firm Fox Paine & Company, Paradigm’s majority shareholder. Vice Chairman Eldad Weiss said the enhanced financial position should result in aggressive topline growth in 2010 and beyond. The company also announced the departure of CEO John W. Gibson, Jr. after 4.5 years.
