The product is offered as an affordable, subscription-based solution aimed at smaller and medium-sized letting agencies that lack scale to build their own technology. Propoly launched its product after three years of development and extensive beta testing with agency customers. The company positions itself to meet increased demand for digitalised, contact-minimising workflows amid social distancing and changing lettings practices. Edward Gazelle is the CEO and co-founder.
