The company is led by CEO Kenneth Tan and employs 80 people across Singapore, Vietnam, and Shenzhen. Its platform has delivered live video to more than 100 million viewers worldwide, totaling over 50 million hours of content. BeLive powers live commerce for customers including Zalora, Tumi and Bath & Body Works, and works with groups such as Valiram, Rakuten, and Bukalapak. Shareholders include Mediacorp and Singapore Speaker Tan Chuan Jin. The company intends to use new funds to grow the team, build product lines, deepen AI/ML capabilities, and expand operations beyond Southeast Asia.
