Its core product work includes a proprietary record keeping system called COREDC, which the company plans to commercialise. The company will use new proceeds to expand its services business and commence COREDC commercialisation. Management and investor-led plans are focused on improving billing efficiency and enhancing net sales during Q3 and Q4 of FY13. The company reported net sales increasing by 31 percent, a trend management expects to continue. As part of the recent transaction, an investor will take a meaningful ownership stake and board involvement to support growth and commercialisation plans.
