G.Tec Medical Engineering manufactures biosignal amplifiers, data acquisition systems, real-time processing systems, and EEG processing software. G.Tec was founded in Graz/Austria as a spin-off of the Technical University and is now a private company that produces state-of-the-art brain-computer interface technology for many different applications. g.tec has an in-house design team for hardware and software components. The systems are used for neuroscience research with non-invasive and invasive sensors and to develop brain-computer interfaces. g.tec uses BCI technology for the assessment, rehabilitation or mapping of brain functions. The company says it already has a growing list of clients and plans to scale across Canada and the U.S. within the next 18 months. With recent government support, VoxNeuro intends to build scalable infrastructure, create jobs, and accelerate its clinical impact on brain-injury management.
