HR Signal builds algorithms, including its Workforce Insights Engine, to predict which employees are most likely to quit by analyzing billions of data points from public sources, market data and peer career-path data. The platform has benchmarked roughly 50,000 job positions and ingests hundreds of millions of anonymized resumes while using minimal client internal data to preserve privacy and speed onboarding. Outputs include stay-interview workflows, suggested promotion paths and internal-mobility metrics designed to help employers retain talent and preserve tacit knowledge. The founders say the product can also support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives because analyses avoid demographic attributes. HR Signal has been in prolonged soft beta, working with employers from 30 to 3,600 employees and partners with HR consulting firm ERC (used by 1,500 companies). Financially, the company has just closed a $1.6 million pre-seed funding round from named investors to advance the product and commercial rollout.
