HqO provides a tenant experience (TeX) platform that lets landlords, property managers, and brokers improve the daily experience of office tenants while gathering actionable data on property use and satisfaction. Its mobile software supports in-app purchases from on-site retailers, delivers real-time building updates, promotes events and community initiatives, and manages digital access to amenities such as parking garages and fitness centers. Within less than two years, the company has deployed its solution across 20 million square feet of office space, including iconic assets like Chicago’s Willis Tower operated by Blackstone’s EQ Office. Clients also include major owners such as Jamestown, DivcoWest, and National Development. The platform positions property owners to attract and retain innovative tenants and ultimately increase asset value. With fresh capital, HqO plans to expand headcount across all departments, open additional offices, and evaluate international M&A opportunities. Financial details beyond the recent $6 million raise were not disclosed.
