Geniac operates an "office as a service" business-management platform that combines accounting, tax, legal, human relations and corporate administration into a single service. The company was founded by ex-Accenture consultants Michael Galvin and Eduardo Martinez and is based in London. To date the product has been in beta. The site is built on a monthly subscription model that increases based on team size. Geniac is planning a hiring spree in London and Glasgow over the next 12 months. Following the raise, Geniac will be part of Grant Thornton’s efforts to win businesses in the UK and abroad. The company faces competition from large incumbents such as Google and Microsoft.
