Kuantist operates a crypto asset trading platform that aims to give users best prices and fee-free trading. The company is focused on growing its engineering and finance teams and developing new products to lead Turkey’s crypto asset ecosystem. It completed an investment at a $35 million valuation and announced a strategic partnership with global market maker Gravity Team to deepen liquidity, especially for Turkish lira pairs. Kuantist emphasizes regulatory compliance after recent local rules that classify crypto asset service providers as financial institutions. Management says the strengthened capital structure and board will enable more transparent, secure and regulation‑aligned user experiences. Leadership includes founder and CEO Serhat Yıldız, with prior treasury and derivatives experience, and İrem Yıldız, who leads the platform’s technology development.
