Overview
Green Rock is an independent Venture Capital and Private Equity investment firm, which invests in the early stages of companies with high potential in the healthcare sector. We believe that every investment made in health is reflected in a better quality of life for the people served by the invested businesses — whether through greater access, efficiency or innovation. It was this vision that inspired our partners' medical and entrepreneurial careers and that continues to keep us engaged and optimistic about the future, as investors. Therefore, together with a winning team of entrepreneurs, we want to form the next generation of companies that will improve the efficiency of the healthcare system, encourage disease prevention and control, expand access to services and advance the frontiers of current medicine. After all, when our efforts prosper, our entire health prospers.

Vitamine-se provides personalized supplements and nutrient recommendations using an AI and machine-learning platform paired with nutritionist expertise. The platform tailors suggestions based on users' lifestyle, goals and needs and has collected more than 65,000 answered questionnaires that inform product insights and data profiles. The current product catalog includes 26 SKUs (vitamins, minerals, multivitamins and proteins) and the company plans to expand the portfolio to 60 products with 34 launches slated for this year. Recent funding will be used to mature the platform technology (version 2.0), broaden the product lineup, and invest in marketing and people. Vitamine-se has formed partnerships with major nutraceutical manufacturers and emphasizes quality control and ANVISA certification. Management projects significant top-line growth—the CEO stated an intention to grow revenue eightfold by the end of the year—driven by a scalable personalization model across health, beauty, aesthetics and wellness segments.
