Its flagship NeoAssist 360º enables companies to handle website, email, social media and phone support in a single platform. The system includes modules such as Workflow, an Intelligent Service System, Email Manager, Online Chat, Call Manager, Social Media support and CRM. NeoAssist serves clients including Nike, Netshoes, Kraft Foods, Wal Mart, Alelo, Compra Fácil and Passarela Calçados, and reports that 10–15% of its interactions occur outside Brazil. The company projects 39 million customer interactions this year (a 113% increase year‑over‑year) and expects to grow that volume by 150% in 2013. NeoAssist has announced plans to invest in product innovation, marketing and team building while beginning global expansion with events in Madrid and Lisbon and later operations in Europe, the US and Latin America.
