OceanSaver AS develops and supplies technologies for purification of ballast water from ships and provides an internationally approved Ballast Water Treatment system. Founded in 2003 and based in Drammen, Norway, it is led by President and CEO Stein Foss. The company employs nearly 40 people. OceanSaver received a KRO40m financing and intends to use the proceeds to further grow and expand abroad. In conjunction with the financing, Investinor Investment Director Steinar Fossen joined the company’s board.
