The collaboration pairs Gradientech’s technology with Hardy’s established North American microbiology distribution network and clinical expertise. Financially, Hardy purchased 1,796,571 shares in Gradientech for approximately SEK 31.4 million, increasing Gradientech’s share capital and strengthening its balance sheet for growth.
