Overview
Hawk Capital Partners is a private equity firm that seeks to make control investments in businesses operating in the lower middle market. Working with in-place management teams or ownership groups, we collaboratively develop a long-term plan to capitalize on growth opportunities in those businesses or otherwise identify tangible ways to improve the businesses. Because we are investing on a long-term basis and do not have limited partners, we execute on the plan without the "noise" and pressure of having to realize a capital event. We focus on getting the process right and then afford the necessary time for our theses to unfold.

PointsKash develops an integrated financial commerce ecosystem centered on its KashPoint Pro, KashPoint Lite and KashPoint Express kiosk solutions alongside the forthcoming PK Pay mobile platform. The company is preparing to refurbish and deploy roughly 2,100 company-owned KashPoint kiosks to support consumer access to financial services and merchant engagement. PointsKash is pursuing enterprise merchant distribution, including a strategic relationship with BitCorp that it says provides access to more than 100,000 potential chain locations, and direct relationships across convenience retail, hospitality and other high-traffic categories. Its near-term plans focus on technology and platform integrations, merchant activation and consumer onboarding ahead of broader national rollout. PointsKash intends to use newly committed capital to fund kiosk deployments and production, platform integrations, merchant implementation, field operations, and working capital to support scaled national deployment.
