StoryBuilt develops mixed‑use townhome and urban infill communities across five fast‑growing U.S. markets. Founded in 2001, StoryBuilt operates in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Seattle and Denver. The company has 135 employees, has built more than 50 communities, and helped over 800 homeowners. Across its five markets StoryBuilt reports a $1 billion pipeline of future product in owned and controlled urban infill land inventory. Current projects include Nora, a 38‑unit mixed‑use townhome community near Seattle’s Northgate retail center, with move‑in dates starting this fall and final project completion expected in 2021. Thirteen townhomes have been pre‑sold and two‑bedroom units start at $594,990; some units are planned as work/live with ground‑level commercial space.
