- Wowflow
Participated · Seed · Aug 2022
Wowflow is a Vienna-based work management and collaboration platform built for facility management teams such as cleaners and maintenance personnel. The product centralizes communication, task coordination and documentation to address misaligned schedules, lost data and overloaded channels. It lets managers coordinate work between employees and external contractors, enabling more delegation and helping service providers win customers. Founder and CEO Drazen Ivanis is a former facility manager and started the company to simplify building maintenance workflows. Wowflow plans to improve the user experience for field workers, enable seamless multi-company collaboration, and build integrations with leading Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and ERP software providers. The company recently raised a seed round of €1 million to support expansion in German-speaking markets and to accelerate those integrations. Wowflow is a Vienna-based, mobile-first collaboration and workflow platform for facility maintenance teams, founded in 2018 after a co-founder experienced operational challenges leading a mall maintenance team. The product focuses on making field-team alignment intuitive, improving work efficiency and transparency for managers, and lowering operational costs for property owners. Over 25 companies have started using Wowflow and the company cites clients such as Forstinger and Reiwag Facility Services. Wowflow says it tripled its revenues in 2020 amid accelerated digitalization of the real estate sector and growing outsourcing of facility services. The company plans to use funding to accelerate sales and invest in product features to improve collaboration with external service providers, enable asset and equipment management, and automate repetitive tasks like scheduling and reporting.
