BlockCerts Blockchain, based in Victoria, BC, provides a SaaS-based smart office blockchain suite that includes a smart contract streaming solution and integrated SaaS offerings built on its distributed ledger technology. Led by founder Tim Vasko, the company uses a BCERT Token to power dynamic smart agreements and supports KYC-authenticated contacts, private instant messaging, instant file sharing, version storage, and transaction hashes to drive consensus across nodes. The company aims to resolve security issues and gaps in e-signature contracts, file sharing, and SaaS tools by connecting business steps to eliminate silos in transactions and flows. Its platform is configurable for business implementation and the company emphasizes scaling deployments and engaging decentralized mobile and web app developer communities. BlockCerts intends to use new capital to expand its global market presence and further scale platform deployment. In June 2019 it raised $25M in funding provided by Hillcore Group.
