Led by CEO Rick Kushel, DealCloud focuses on streamlining deal workflows and centralizing deal data across market participants. It recently closed a $4.5M growth equity investment to fund expanded operations and broaden market reach. DealCloud is a Charlotte, NC-based financial services-focused software company that provides a SaaS platform for private capital market players. Its platform supports business development, deal management and execution, workflow, and pipeline management. In December 2015 the company raised $5.3M in growth equity funding led by Cultivation Capital with participation from Hamilton Lane, Holekamp Ventures, Holton Capital Group, Rick Kushel and Joe Maxwell. Led by newly appointed CEO Rick Kushel and co-founders Ben Harrison (President) and Rob Cummings, DealCloud said it will use the funds to grow its global presence and accelerate product development.
