V2.com has been the world's highest-volume online retailer of electronic cigarettes since 2011, and VMR's products are sold in more than 30 countries and distributed in over 55,000 stores. Founded in 2009, VMR says it will use new capital to fuel domestic growth and to expand internationally, first online and then into retail locations. The company plans focused expansion into China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and intends to work with its investor on introducing new vapor technologies. Corporate headquarters will remain in Miami with no changes to the management team or structure.
