Reverto develops immersive virtual-reality training experiences that put users into realistic situations to teach recognition of inappropriate behaviors and appropriate reactions. The company combines cognitive-science rigor with cinematic storytelling to transmit emotions and improve learning effectiveness. It offers turnkey workshops (including facilitators and equipment), a licence-only option with internal facilitators trained by Reverto, and custom module development, plus reporting to measure impact and create a subject-specific barometer. Launched in 2018 by Guillaume Clere, the startup has trained 80,000 people and deployed solutions at companies such as Danone, Urssaf, Orange and Enedis; its modules show a 93% completion rate and 96% of learners found the trainings useful. Reverto recently completed a €1.2M fundraise and says the financing will allow it to industrialize its solution, prepare a new interface, develop new services, and reinforce the team through hires.
