Spaceflow provides a tenant experience platform (Space as a Service) that connects users to their buildings with features for reservations, payments, community, events and services. The platform also serves as a hub for IoT and smart-building integrations, including mobile access systems. Founded by Lukas Balik and Jan Jilek and based in Prague, the startup targets landlords seeking to digitize and centralize user-facing building services. Spaceflow recently raised €8 million to drive product development and support regional expansion. The company plans to expand into Scandinavia, the U.K., Benelux and the DACH region. A strategic partnership with lead investor Hydda Group is intended to deepen market knowledge and integrate Spaceflow into a broader proptech ecosystem. Spaceflow is a “plug & play” tenant experience and community engagement platform sold to landlords and operators of co-living spaces. Its mobile app connects occupants to amenities, services and community life, including bookings and reservations for common spaces, bikes and parking, a digital concierge for services like dry cleaning and food delivery, a maintenance reporting tool, and an online building community. Landlords access an admin console to set up their portfolios, and clients receive onboarding sessions; the company offers three subscription plans based on the level of ongoing support. Founded in 2016 out of Prague and with an office in New York, Spaceflow currently operates in nine country markets. The company raised $1.8M and says it will use the capital to hire additional product-development staff and to pursue growth in the U.S. and U.K. Its stated aim is to enable landlords to offer “space-as-a-service” to improve tenant satisfaction, attract and retain tenants, and increase profitability for building owners.
