CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals is developing an Integrated Continuous Manufacturing (ICM) platform that integrates active‑ingredient synthesis with final dosage formulation into a single continuous line. The company completed final pilot plant studies demonstrating integrated synthesis and formulation and is anticipating build‑out of a flagship commercial manufacturing facility later in the year. CONTINUUS works directly with innovator and generic companies as a technology supplier and plans to offer contract manufacturing services. It is also developing a portfolio of off‑patent drugs with pharmacy retailers and hospitals to address drug shortages. The company is collaborating with government agencies including the FDA and the NSF to advance the manufacturing platform. CONTINUUS has raised over $23M to date through financing rounds, commercial collaborations, grants, and government contracts.
