AirFund is a digital B2B platform that simplifies the connection between asset managers and fund distributors to enable distribution and operational processing (subscriptions/redemptions) of private-market funds to individuals and distributors. The platform currently provides access to 40 private-asset funds and counts more than 1,000 distributor partners; it employs 26 people in Paris. Strategic partnerships will expand its offering: Amundi’s Actifs Réels et Alternatifs funds will be accessible via AirFund, Fund Channel (the Amundi/CACEIS JV) will integrate private-asset funds through AirFund, and Indosuez will digitalize distribution of its Private Markets funds on the platform. AirFund plans to use the new capital to maintain substantial R&D investment, accelerate organic growth, strengthen teams, and pursue an expansion plan across Switzerland, Germany, Benelux, the UK, Spain and Italy. The company aims to double headcount in 2024 and position itself as a leading European distribution platform for private assets by 2027.
