Founded in 2012, Lambda describes itself as The Superintelligence Cloud and builds gigawatt-scale AI factories and supercomputers for training and inference. The company serves tens of thousands of customers, including AI researchers, enterprises, and hyperscalers. Lambda has invested in technical depth and operational expertise to deploy and manage large-scale AI accelerator infrastructure. The recently closed $1 billion credit facility will fund expansion of its fleet of next-generation NVIDIA AI accelerator servers and increase data center capacity. Management says the financing will add revenue-generating assets and lower the company’s blended cost of capital while enabling quicker execution on strategic infrastructure opportunities. Lambda positions its contracted revenue base and track record of operating at scale as the basis for lender confidence.
