Overview
infraVest is an investment fund that focuses on infrastructure assets across essential sectors such as supply, communication, transport, energy and social infrastructure. The fund is structured as a European long-term investment fund and is managed by Commerz Real Fund Management. infraVest builds a diversified portfolio including assets like heating and gas networks, water and waste facilities, telecommunications towers, fiber networks, data centers, transport links and social buildings. It targets long-term oriented investors who want exposure to infrastructure as an alternative asset class. The fund invests directly and indirectly in infrastructure companies, projects and target funds in line with ELTIF regulations. infraVest aims to generate risk-adjusted returns based on long-term contracts and stable cash flows while broadening investors’ portfolio diversification beyond listed markets.

BSTOR develops and commissions battery energy storage system projects that provide flexibility services to the grid. The company has a total installed capacity of 160MW/430MWh across three projects and a development pipeline of around 1.5GW. Recent projects include the 50MW/140MWh DSTOR project in La Louviere, commissioned in March, and the 100MW/270MWh Estor-Lux II project in Aubange. BSTOR developed DSTOR in partnership with Duferco Wallonie and is developing Estor-Lux II with public investment companies SOCOFE and SOPAER. Its main shareholders are GreenStor (a joint venture of CFE and Ackermans & van Haaren), Wallonie Entreprendre and BEWATT.
