Tridek-One is a Paris-based biotechnology company developing first-in-class CD31 immune checkpoint agonists to restore immune balance in patients with autoimmune diseases. Founded in 2018 by Dr. Giuseppina Caligiuri and Pr. Antonino Nicoletti out of INSERM Unit 1148, the company focuses on R&D to identify development candidates. It plans to progress IND-enabling studies and use recent funding to further build the organization. Tridek-One raised €16M to support these development activities and organizational expansion. Laurence de Schoulepnikoff joined as CEO from AMAL Therapeutics to lead strategy and development. The company is backed by a group of international investors including Pureos Bioventures, AdBio Partners, Bpifrance, Advent Life Sciences and Bioqube Ventures.
