Established in 1989 Innvotec is possibly the oldest, independent venture capital firm in the UK. It has always been privately owned by its directors and staff. Exaactly was founded in October 2016 by Bea Warner, who serves as CEO. It participated in JLab, the startup accelerator program run by the John Lewis Partnership. The company raised seed funding to further develop its technology and product. Its stated use of proceeds is to continue product and technology development.
