Arena reports 25,000 accounts and counts clients including Vans, Vimeo, Adobe, Asana, Avon, Facebook, Microsoft, Fox Sports and Sony Music. The company operates on a per-seat pricing model based on interaction volume, ranging from $99/month for SMBs to $25,000/month for enterprise deployments. Founder and CEO Paolo Martins previously worked at Hulu and as a data engineer at NASA.
