  Median Technologies is a medical technology company focused on AI-enabled imaging solutions that aid cancer detection and management. Its flagship eyonis suite leverages artificial intelligence to improve diagnostic accuracy, with the lead product, eyonis LCS, targeting lung cancer screening as a Software-as-a-Medical-Device. The firm expects U.S. 510(k) clearance and CE-marking for eyonis LCS in Q1 2026, paving the way for commercial launches in the United States and Europe. Beyond lung cancer, Median plans to broaden the eyonis platform to additional oncology indications. Financially, the company secured €19 million from the European Investment Bank (EIB) in October 2025 as the first drawdown of a €37.5 million loan facility and simultaneously repaid €20.7 million from a 2019 EIB loan. An August 2025 capital increase of €23.9 million, together with potential warrant exercises tied to the new facility, could add up to €51.7 million in additional liquidity. These transactions extend Median’s cash runway through the fourth quarter of 2026.
