The business is expanding rapidly: operating revenue grew 46% to ₹27.77 crore in FY25, though net loss also widened 13.8% to ₹21.55 crore as the company continued to invest in growth. Following its latest financing, the startup is valued at roughly ₹375 crore ($41.2 million), a more than four-fold jump from the ₹90 crore valuation attached to its October 2022 $3 million round. Founders Ashish Joshi, Vivek Raicha, and Nithya Sudhir collectively hold 39.48% of the company, maintaining strategic control. The fresh capital will fund business expansion, product enhancements, and other growth initiatives aimed at extending the platform’s reach and improving unit economics. Management believes this infusion positions Artium Academy for further scale in India’s burgeoning online education market.
