  DynoSense develops the Dyno, which the company describes as the world’s first fully integrated multi-function health scanner able to capture more than 33 health metrics in under 60 seconds with a single user action. The device captures core vital signs (including ECG, SpO2, respiration, blood-pressure changes and core body temperature) and wirelessly uploads encrypted data to DynoSense’s cloud platform for analytics and communication with healthcare professionals. DynoSense positions the Dyno for managed elderly care, chronic-disease monitoring, hospital discharge, consumer health and telemedicine use cases and says the product is medical-grade with an intelligent, easy-to-use interface. The company intends to use proceeds from the fundraise to support U.S. regulatory clearance and commercialization efforts and is working toward a 510(k) submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. DynoSense frames the opportunity within a digital-health market it cites as anticipated to exceed $26 billion by 2020. The company is led by CEO Saeed Azimi and emphasizes disease-prevention and remote physiologic monitoring as core value propositions.
