Kienbaum Consultants International was the first international office of Kienbaum: Since 1958, the personnel and management consultancy has been present here with a branch office and since 1967 with an independent company. Today, the consulting focus is on search, development and performance. Customers know that if they are looking for suitable executives or specialists when it comes to talent management, personnel development and the right remuneration of their employees, Kienbaum is the right contact person. Also with regard to the work of the Supervisory Board, we and our Team Board can support services in all aspects of corporate governance (eg compensation or adequacy assessment). The Competence Center for Remuneration Reports in Central and Eastern Europe is also located at our Vienna location.

DeepSkill, founded in 2020 by Miriam Mertens and Peter Goeke and based in Cologne, builds B2B blended learning journeys that combine technology-supported self-directed learning with human-led sessions. The company focuses on emotional skills and holistic personnel development and has stayed true to that concept since launch. DeepSkill helped companies through COVID lockdowns and now supports organizations in large transformation projects. The team comprises about 15 full-time employees and more than 100 partly international trainers and coaches, delivering over 50 different modules to learners on all continents. Financially, the article reports a recent injection of €1.5 million from a group of investors. Product plans include adding AI features for more personalized content and exercises and expanding the learning offering toward AI and sustainability while growing in international markets.
