Outshifter offers a platform with a single API that standardises and synchronises product data between suppliers' commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Squarespace) and sales channels (online stores, media outlets, apps, marketplaces). The product lets suppliers share access to their product data with multiple third parties simultaneously, enabling more online surfaces to monetise e-commerce and helping suppliers scale online distribution. The company has tied up partnerships with Wolt, Egmont and other e-commerce players and plans to build new partnerships to create a more balanced e-commerce playing field. Founders Danielle Tschudi, Angelo Sepulveda and Georg Michelet launched the company in 2019; Danielle Tschudi serves as CEO. Outshifter completed a €1.2 million funding round to support its growth and partnership efforts. The company emphasises creating a universal format for product data to lower barriers for smaller e-tailers and broaden distribution channels.
