- Ainovis
Led · Equity · May 2026
Ainovis builds generative-AI tools to augment radiology workflows, offering Ainovis One, a Smart AI Reporting system powered by Carolina — a virtual assistant that captures dictations, drafts structured reports in multiple languages, detects clinical inconsistencies, automates test requests, and performs automatic classifications. The company reports that Carolina can reduce reporting times by more than 20%, lowering operational costs while improving standardization and diagnostic quality. Ainovis is also developing Pablo, an advanced multimodal generative AI intended to act as a virtual radiology resident capable of interpreting multiple imaging modalities, integrating clinical and imaging data, and interacting with clinicians in real time. The team combines clinical founders (including radiologist Pablo Menéndez) and advanced software engineering expertise, and the startup was accelerated at Lanzadera in 2024. Ainovis has received support from CDTI's NEOTEC program and ENISA and is advancing toward commercial rollout and broader adoption of its products.
- Trak
Led · Equity · Sep 2021
TRAK provides a 100% digital musculoskeletal rehabilitation service that enables patients to perform guided exercises at home using their phone or computer camera while AI analyses and corrects movements and clinicians supervise remotely. Its model combines automated, real-time exercise guidance with remote physiotherapist monitoring and physician-led treatment across the full care pathway from initial assessment to medical discharge. The company reports traction in more than 300 care centers and over two million exercises completed on its platform, with clinical outcomes including a 70% adherence rate, a 40% reduction in cost per patient and an average satisfaction score of 9/10. TRAK works with major insurers and health providers that together represent more than half of the Auto and Health market share in Spain among companies that use the platform. Future plans highlighted by management include international expansion (notably Colombia via Invima and broader Europe and Latin America), reinforcement of data security and regulatory compliance, and further development of its AI capabilities.
