Percy is a consumer engagement and data analytics platform that uses proprietary machine learning and AI to identify consumer intent and deliver seller leads to agents, brokers, and mortgage lenders. The platform analyzes real estate consumer behavior to surface purchase opportunities and help companies target the right person at the right time. Percy is expanding beyond brokerage into the mortgage market and has launched with partners including Prosperity Home Mortgage. The company says it serves brokers representing 60% of all transactions and reported a 36% increase in homeowner subscriptions in Q1 2022. Percy recorded $71.7 billion in transaction opportunities in Q1 2022, up almost $20 billion from Q1 2021. It intends to use new investment to dedicate marketing, sales, and systems integration resources to fuel revenue growth and expansion.
