Yidao Yongche is a three-year-old private car service focused on higher-end, Uber Black–style private rides. It has carved a niche by providing Chinese-speaking drivers for overseas travelers and is present in over 20 cities across the U.S. and other countries. Analyst reports estimate the company holds roughly 0.7%–2.7% of the domestic ride‑sharing market. Financially it is smaller than rivals Didi Kuaidi and Uber but has attracted strategic interest culminating in a majority investment. LeTV purchased a 70% stake for $700M, valuing Yidao Yongche at $1 billion, and the deal ties into LeTV’s broader automotive and mobility initiatives. The company was previously linked with an investment from Uber that never materialized. 易到用车, founded in 2010, operates a business car service platform where users reserve dedicated chauffeured vehicles through an app or website. The service offers mid‑to‑high‑end vehicles and supports hourly rentals, airport pick‑ups, day rentals, and half‑day rentals. The platform reports coverage across 24 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hangzhou. Its core product is on‑demand and prebooked chauffeured transport aimed at business customers. Financially, the company has completed multiple financings, most recently a B round from Broadband Capital described as totaling several tens of millions of U.S. dollars. Huaxing Capital served as financial adviser on the latest transaction. Previously it raised a multi‑million‑dollar A round in August 2011 from Morningside Venture Capital and Qualcomm Ventures and received angel funding from ZhenFund led by Xu Xiaoping.
