  Tracey is an Eindhoven-based AI startup that monetizes shipment data with its Parcel Engine analytics platform. Parcel Engine connects to ERP, WMS, DMS, and webshop systems to extract, process, and analyze shipment data, offering carrier performance analysis, benchmarking, near real-time exception monitoring and notifications, and prediction of delivery issues like delays. The company targets shippers — online stores, e-fulfillment companies, and distributors that use multiple carriers and ship cross-border. Among its first customers are Active Ants (a bpost company), E-Commerce Center Europe, and Cheap Cargo (part of PostNL). Founded in 2019 by Huib Adriaans, Bart Michiels, and Sander Hak, Tracey plans to bring its newest AI-powered products to market and accelerate growth in the Netherlands and Belgium. Financially, it closed a Seed round in May 2022 totaling €600,000, which included a Rabobank Innovation Loan.
