  Stolen Spirits produces a line of award‑winning, innovative rums led by its smoked rum, which the company sources as column‑distilled rum from a distillery in Trinidad & Tobago, ages in ex‑whiskey barrels, and flavors with ingredients such as Arabica coffee, Madagascar vanilla and fenugreek before smoking with American hardwood. Founded in 2010 by Jamie Duff and Roger Holmes out of a one‑bedroom flat in Auckland, the brand has achieved rapid growth and cult status in New Zealand and Australia. The company is developing product extensions including a smoked whiskey, several unique rum releases and other new products. Stolen plans a U.S. rollout beginning early 2016, launching smoked rum in key states (NY, FL, CA, MA and IL) with a sustained nationwide rollout thereafter. The business has attracted strategic growth capital and operational expertise to support international expansion.
