Overview
The London Technology Fund (LTF) is London's specialist investor in new technology companies. It is focused on the funding gap for new, high growth technology companies based in Greater London. It bridges the funding gap by leading and building a syndicate of investors or by completing the gap in an existing syndicate. The Fund is happy to work with investors already known to a company or to help entrepreneurs find investors. It has developed a streamlined investment process with an initial web-based application that helps entrepreneurs identify and provide the essential information LTF needs for prompt decision-making.

Immune Targeting Systems develops synthetic vaccines intended to protect against mutating viruses, with a lead candidate FP-01 targeting influenza. The company says FP-01 aims to target all potential seasonal and pandemic influenza strains and protect people from severe influenza disease. The recent financing will progress FP-01 through to the completion of phase-II proof-of-concept efficacy studies. ITS will use the funds to evaluate its flu vaccine product candidate in phase I and phase II clinical trials and to assess safety and preliminary efficacy against multiple influenza virus strains. The company secured additional Series A equity funding to support these clinical development plans. ITS is based in London, UK.
