Entekra provides off-site framing through a fully integrated off-site solution (FIOSS™) that combines concept, design and engineering with off-site manufacturing and on-site assembly. Its system is designed to streamline the process of assembling new builds, reducing construction time, waste and dependency on skilled labor. The approach aims to deliver faster build cycles and increased production volume for builders. Entekra operates a single manufacturing plant in Ripon, Calif. Louisiana‑Pacific recently invested $45 million in the company and LP and Entekra finalized their business agreement last week. The partnership is intended to combine Entekra’s engineering and automated framing expertise with LP’s market access and manufacturing scale to grow the business.
