Since their founding in 1928, they have developed extensive experience in the field of listing and trading of securities from many different regions. Their focus has always been international and this has allowed us to become: - The leader in international listings - The largest stock exchange in Europe in terms of international bond listings - A leading exchange for other types of international issues, such as global depositary receipts. - A largely local shareholding structure allows us to remain independent in their decisions. So they are well positioned to take initiatives with regard to the Luxembourg financial center. At a technical level, their international influence is partly based on the dynamism of up-to-date means and methods of communication. A final advantage is their subsidiary Fundsquare, which specialises in information services for investment funds.

Util is a London-based sustainability data platform providing evidence-driven analytics for financial institutions. Its core product measures the performance of 50,000 listed companies against the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and thousands of other sustainability concepts, enabling investors to understand and optimise real-world impact. Customers, including PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Nuveen (a TIAA company), Danske Bank Asset Management, Degroof Petercam Asset Management and a.s.r., use the platform to research companies, report on portfolios and create differentiated financial products. The company raised $6M in a Seed round led by Eldridge to support global expansion and accelerate hiring. Util is actively recruiting for senior roles and recently appointed Riaz Shaikh to lead product development and Mike Goynes as CTO. The platform is positioned to scale its footprint and product capabilities for institutional clients.
