CAEX is a Vietnam-based company headquartered in Hanoi that aims to develop a professional digital asset trading platform operating under the country's regulatory framework. Its charter capital was increased from an initial VND25 billion to VND10 trillion (about $380 million), positioning the firm to participate in Vietnam’s pilot program for regulated crypto trading under Resolution 05/2025.
