Instaffo plans to use new funding to further develop its platform, expand existing business lines and enter new job categories such as Marketing, Consulting and Finance. The product emphasis is on reducing hiring time and cost through automated matching criteria like salary expectations, location, skills and language proficiency. Instaffo is a Heidelberg-based developer of an automated headhunting platform aimed at management professionals. Co-founded by Daniel Schaefer and Christoph Zoeller, the company intends to provide a fully automated recruiting and career service for companies and professionals in IT, finance and marketing. Its platform leverages an algorithm that matches candidates and companies seeking high-profile professionals.
