The platform facilitates automation and collaboration across multiple skills and delivery models, including remote and onsite support, and can be deployed across multiple contact centers. Its hosted solution includes out-of-the-box integrations with ERP, telephony and analytics, and supports setup, installation, networking, syncing, diagnostics, repair, security, optimization and usability assistance. Led by co-founder and CEO Uday Challu, the company recently launched services in Spain through a partnership with Telefonica and established a service delivery center there. iYogi plans to use the new funding to grow in Spain and Latin America through partnerships with telecom companies. With the Series E proceeds, the company expects to double its revenue in the next 24 months. iYogi provides on-demand remote tech support and subscription-based troubleshooting for consumer devices and operating systems. Its premium annual subscription grew 300% over the past 12 months. The company says it has solved more than 2 million tech problems and has expanded its Global Tech Experts from 1,200 to more than 5,000 across eight new centers. With new funding, iYogi plans to expand beyond the consumer market and beyond the Windows OS to support mobile consumer devices. Planned geographic expansion includes Europe, the Middle East and India, alongside existing services in North America, Canada, the UK and Australia. Financially, iYogi has raised $57.6 million to date after a recent $30 million financing led by Sequoia Capital India and is reportedly considering an IPO in the United States. iYogi is an on-demand consumer tech services company based in New York, NY and Gurgaon, India. It provides personalized computer support for consumers and small businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Services are delivered by a team of experts who assist with consumer and small-business computer issues. The company raised $15m in equity funding and plans to use the proceeds to accelerate global growth by enhancing its services and expanding its team of experts. Investors named in the financing include Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Canaan Partners, SAP Ventures (a division of SAP AG) and SVB India Capital Partners.

Micromax Informatics is a New Delhi, India–based company that develops and sells mobile handsets. The company began operations in 2002 as a developer of embedded software and e‑commerce solutions and entered the mobile handset market in 2008. Micromax has a presence across 23 Indian states and has expanded its sales network internationally to Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It recently received a capital infusion of 200 crores (approximately US$43M) that will fund new product introductions and expansion beyond India. As part of the transaction, Mohit Bhatnagar, Managing Director at Sequoia Capital, will join Micromax’s board. Investors in the round include Sequoia Capital, Sandstone Capital LLC and Madison India Capital.
