Founded by Samarth Agrawal and Rohit Narang, the platform enables sellers to buy inventory for their stores. The company has raised $150,000 in a seed round of financing. Investors in the round include Maple Capital Advisors, Abhinav Grover, Ridhish Talwar and investment bankers from New York. Abhinav Grover will join the company's board as part of the investment. MaxWholesale said it will deploy the funds to expand its business and upgrade its technology platform.
