InstaLILY builds Lily, an AI Forward Deployed Engineer that goes into a business, learns how it operates, builds what the work needs, and runs those processes in days while humans remain in control. Customers report material operational impact: at a national distributor Lily’s software generated more than $200 million in new annual sales, it sped complex RFQ pricing to save hundreds of thousands of staff hours per year, and at a field service company it reduced diagnosis time from 15 minutes to under 10 seconds while cutting cost to serve a call by 98 percent. InstaLILY partnered with Google DeepMind to create a hybrid architecture pairing a large model for hard reasoning with a small model for fast, routine, and sensitive work, and runs the small model on its Small Data Center built with NVIDIA technology in the cloud, on-premise, or at the edge to keep customer data private and lower latency, cost, and energy use. The company has gone live with large operators across construction, industrial distribution, logistics, and healthcare, including customers within The Home Depot family, United Rentals, ShipStation Global, PartsTown, Radwell International, Henry Schein, PartsSource, and Kedrion Biopharma. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in New York, InstaLILY plans to use the new funding to accelerate learning, expand into new industries, and grow its team.
